Our History

What We Do

Ji-Eun Lee Music Academy is a music school located in Fishers, Indiana -- a fast growing suburb of Indianapolis.  Founded in 2004 by Fishers residents, Doug and Ji-Eun, JLMA currently has 15 to 20 music instructors teaching piano, voice, violin/fiddle, viola, cello, guitar (electric and acoustic), drums, saxophone, clarinet, flute, and trumpet.  In addition to music we have dance classes taught by DanceForm and we have our own in-house theater program for children of all ages.

Studio 37, our full-service recording studio, operated by Isaac Smith.  Whether you want to record a single song or a full-length album, we
can do it.  Just click on the Studio 37 menu above for more details.

Our concert hall features a 600 square foot oak stage elevated two and half feet.  The multi-use space has a carpeted, level floor with maximum capacity of 206 people (we have seating for 200).  It boasts a 14 foot video screen with two sounds systems:  A concert grade sound system for the loudest of concerts and a 5.1 system for movies/video.  Multi-colored stage lighting with a 16 channel sound board is available and we can provide a sound and lighting enginner for your event.
