Ages 12 and Up
For students who want to be part of musical theater, but who do not want to be in the spotlight, “tech” is the place for you!
Student techs will help with the show-behind-the-show learning what is needed back stage between scenes or if they are helping in the tech booth they will learn sound, lights, video, and follow spot operation, and more!
Student techs are required to be at the final two rehearsals and every show, but do not have to be at every other rehearsal. Attendance for 4 to 5 rehearsals is strongly recommended so the tech crew can learn the show, get to know the cast, and enjoy the fun!
Age: 2nd grade or higher.
Please check your child’s level of study and register for the correct group.
Pink Bow – Students who are at or about the Suzuki Book 1
Orange Note – Students who are at or about Suzuki Book 2
Bring your own instrument and your music stand.
Each semester ends with a ticketed show at The Switch Theatre inside Ji-Eun Lee Music Academy.

What ages can join?
Students 2nd grade and up are welcome to join. Limited experience necessary!
How much does it cost?
$192 per semester (less than $50 per month).
Do you offer refunds?
There are no refunds for this program.
How many students per class?
Typically we will have 10 to 30 students in each orchestra. It all depends on enrollment each semester.
Do the kids do concerts?
YES! There will be at least one concert at the end of each semester!
Instruments required?
Yes. Each student must have their own instrument for rehearsals and concerts.
